Has anybody got one of the strada bike racks (DL variety that slides)

How well does a new fangled XL long wheelbase endooro bike fit on there.

I realise that spacing wise, 2 bikes on a 3 bike rack will be most comfortable and 3 a game of Jenga but I’m interested in how an XL long wheelbase bike fits in terms of getting the wheels in the wells and securing

Any experiences much appreciated.

Assume you know the quoted max of 120cm?

Have a Strada 3+1 for our normal length bikes - the sliding function is brilliantly simple. You soon learn which order to position bikes, pedals and which way to turn the bars to fit bikes on.

I have one... easily get a Bronson (m) and a Bird Aeris (L) on it.

@gkeeffe, is that a 145 with 1255mm wheelbase?

I’ve a 2017 Stumpjumper 29er XL, it only just fits on, wouldn’t want to fit anything longer on it
Unfortunately I don’t know the wheelbase

Hi
I’ve had a 2017 Trek Slash, an Intense Carbine and Hope HB160 on mine with a bit of juggling and some foam padding.
Not sure if their wheelbases but it can be done.
Cheers
Steve

@crazybaboon

This one? https://www.specializedconceptstore.co.uk/product/6070/2017-stumpjumper-fsr-comp-29/

Looks like that’s 120cm wheelbase which is the max it’s “rated” for. So fitting longer does seem like it would be trickier

HI its a mk1 in large 1207mm according to geometry geeks. Easily fits - never really thought about it.

A medium Geometron wouldn't fit on mine.
1300 wheelbase.
Atera Strada Ebike ML will fit a large Geometron on with ease.
1328 wheelbase.
