Proper snow here (Ilkeston) at last - 4 weeks of half inch snow falls turning to polished ice that is no use for anything. Now have 2-3 inches of proper stuff.

The ride to work tomorrow will be done on the mountain bike for a change!

A couple of inches so far outside Aylesbury. Should be fun tomorrow if it ever stops falling.

Building up nicely in Wallingford (S. Oxon). Think I might have to take a day off tomorrow and go for a ride!

A fair few inches now in Aylesbury, but where's the 40cm we've been promised - or has someone confused cm with mm?

A good few inches now in MK, schools are closed.

My 8 minute walk to work could be hampered ๐Ÿ™‚

You weren't promised it. SOmeone mentioned that 40cm might fall in isolated areas (Like Salisbury Plain, IIRC) and now everyone is calling the weathermen w****** because they only have 15-20cm..... Nobody listens, as usual.
