Need a 2nd set due to new frame so been going over a multitude of options.
Need to be 20mm front, 142mm rear.
Currently have Hope Pro3 AM4 with Flows @ 2kg.
Looking for something a bit lighter for general use.
I've found some cheap DT FX tricon. Crank Bros Iodine from Merlin or do I just go with a Pro2 build with something like Arch EX/WTB i23/25?
Got a budget of up to about £350..
Could you keep the Pro 3s and build them up onto some LB carbon rims Steve? Been very impressed with mine on the hardtail. A lot lighter than the Flows I had on the Enduro and still seem take a beating (so far!).
I think I paid something close to your budget for my Pro 2 evo/LB wheels, they were immaculate but second hand.
Did think of going that route J but do like having 2 sets of wheels.
Not in any great rush so can hold out for some 2nd hand ones..
