Out with my 2 boys and wife yesterday on the bikes, gentle family ride, how do you do a wheelie asks my eldest, like this says I....split second later flat on my back, still clipped in struggling to catch my breath, excruciating pain in my back ๐Ÿ™

pain not too bad this morning but ego may never recover ๐Ÿ˜ณ

went on to spuds and gave up doing wheelies for that very reason the dying fly with bike still attached is a one time event, only the very foolish have another go

hope there is no lasting back damage

Had a friend/colleague who had to be helped home by his seven year old daughter after doing exactly the same thing. He hobbled/we laughed for days after.

I remember doing exactly the same one time. I was test riding a new build up the park with my then girl friend. I landed on the tarmac path on my coxxy...coxyy...tail bone. I just lay there for ten minutes afraid to move just in case I found out I was paralised.

Hope it feels better soon.
