hardly. most of the 'cycle specific' tools i have seen is of terrible quality. particularly park - do they have a pro and non pro range or something? most multitools are barely useful too.

where's the do you have a headset press question, and do you have pedal thread taps, pedal thread repair kit, bb thread tap, bb facing kit, m5/m6 thread repair kit i could go on.

I think it's just a bit of fun. I'm not sure it's a scientific measurement of your prowess as a mechanic. ๐Ÿ™‚

That Garage Journal website they've linked to has got some pretty nice stuff on there as well

Damn right it does.

The one tool that I've always wanted is a personalised cable end crimper (i.e. so that when I crimp the end on to a cable it embosses the cable-end with a motif or my initials). Some of the top bike mechanics have them and it gives a great finishing touch.

21 Get in there
That's a good thing, yes?
Oh, maybe not
Still I will use that BB30 removal tool I bought to replace the son-in-laws BB one day I suppose...

Bout 4 much lower than I thought.

I have 2 roll cabs worth but I don't particularly buy branded stuff. I just tend to buy what I need or mod stuff.

Why would you have 2 track pumps?

A disappointingly low 10. I must stay in more.

Nothing covers making your own with other tools you own.

Chainwhip
cup remover
etc

15 Now I've read the hex tool page.
I'm staying away from Garage Journal. (Well until convalescence gets more boring).
