I literally have trails at my back door. Up a little 1/2 mile b road and that's it. Woods that go on for ever.
A wee official trail centre, an old railway line to Grantown on Spey, cliff side paths along the Findhorn, a loch 10 minutes from my drive, steep boggy fire roads, sweet dusty coastal forest paths for the fat bike and sneaky singletrack everywhere.
Very blessed living in Morayshire.

Smiles (woods) but off road miles too which is good from where I live too (right on the TPT).
Last year I was going out with a good bunch of lads, we'd be out a couple of times a week and end up in the local for 4/5 after. Now though they seem more about speed and fitness, spoiled it for me dashing everywhere so I tend not to ride with them much anymore.
