Probably?

I'm pretty sure shimano and SRAM road and mountain 10 speed chains are all the same width. Campagnolo might be different though.

came across an issue with some shimano being directional - bought a 105 for mrs antigees roadie and said on label fit in correct direction - and then only suitable for doubles - she has a triple - incidentally because I hadn't got round to servicing her bike because i'd got the wrong chain she took it to a specialized dealer and they fitted identical directional chain and moved the front mech to try to get it to change better and it didn't change too well- I took it back they said it was safe I said it was s**t workmanship and that if a shimano tech doc says don't do it then you shouldn't and they changed it with a lot of grumbling ๐Ÿ™„

I did point out if she'd left it to me it would have not only been half the price but actually done right 8)
