[Closed] Are all 160mm discs created equal?

My new bike came with fancy edged Formula oro discs which are excellent.
I have got a set of spare wheels which already have same size Shimano discs fitted. Can I simply use the shimano discs in the oro calipers or am I going to have to standardise?

Yep, might be a little different in thickness, but 160mm is 160mm...
