Looks like I'm going to have to sell on my ticket. Friend of a friend has expressed an interest but I'm not sure what is the usual procedure with the transfer fee? Does the seller or buyer pay it or do you split the cost?

Theres no set procedure. Some sellers may offer to cover the fee others might insist the buyer pays. I suppose a 50/50 split is best for both parties.

Yep, 50/50 seems fair to me.

I have done exactly this in the last month or so, I think the tickets were £60 ish, I sold mine for £65 and covered the transfer fee.
