[#11034946]

Morning,

After a long absence from mtb scene I thought i'd throw myself back in to it.
I booked on the Ard Dales, though i'm going by meself and will sleep in van.

Is anyone going?
the guys I used to race XC with, don't ride anymore and as magical as social media is I don't know people who ride.

It seems a good event, hopefully i'll be able to join a few people and make it a great one.

Hope alls well

Hi
Me and a mate are doing it.
It’s our first such event although I’m doing Ardrock in august too with some different mates.
Looking forward to it and just trying to get fitter now.
Cheers
Steve

My riding group seems to have lost interest this year, doing this one and Gisburn PMBA solo, Boltby and Ard Moors with 1 or 2 two mates. Looking forward to Ard Dales, watched some old youtube videos of the Guisecliffe trails.

Were going (Bird that is) and since were a sociable bunch not too prone to taking these events too seriously from a work perspective too come and say hello. Raced Pateley Bridge back in the early 2000s I think it was. Trails should be good!

Now then,

Thanks for the replies.
I'll be getting some routes in on weekends before this - i'm terrible over jumps/ drops!
If you fancy a spin and brew after it'd be good to meet a few people prior.

All the best

now then,

I'm tempted to do the Grizedale loop from 'Decembers Classic Ride' route.
Anyone fancy meeting for a spin??

Hope all's well
