well, here's the story, in 2010 i was a fatty who pretty much did no riding so to motivate myself i bought a camera and decided I'd take one picture every ride, note the mileage and write a blog. three years later I'm 3st lighter, ridden over 7000 miles and am fitter in my 40's than i've ever been. unfortunately over 180 rides a year means that i have to get a bit creative with the pictures to keep them interesting for myself and to look back on, so yes self timer pictures have to be done.

That's nothing, back in the 80's we used to get chased off the premises for practising our skateboard grinds on the granite steps of our local catholic church. In Northern Ireland.

However.. Stealing guide railings from disabled toilets and using them as makeshift handlebars is not cool.
