If I bought this (as I want the wheels and frame) what is everything else roughly worth if I sold them on?

I'd keep the seat post as well?
Otherwise reasonably high end stuff, probably £230+ for shifters/mechs/cassette/brakes £60 for bars and stem, £25 for seat, £20 for tyres Maybe £40 for chainset.
