Ordered a few inserts a couple of weeks ago and not heard anything following the order confirmation email. Chased it up with an email last week and no response, and now the website just gives a 404 error...
Hopefully just a function of it begin a small business rather than anything worse, been using them for a while now and they've been great. Anyone else heard anything?
I think I saw a mention in another thread that they had stopped trading. Lots of competition in that market now I guess.
They posted on FB a couple of weeks ago that trading had ceased due to divorce 🙁

Guys, I received a reassuring Facebook Messenger note last night from Ratite,
it seems all is well:
"Hi there, we started trading again at the beginning of the year, as mentioned in the thread it was down to marital issues. As for the question about damping qualities, we are very keen to say that there are great advantages to running inserts. They do take out the harshness of a rough trail when you run at lower pressures. Inserts also help to give tyres support which in turn makes cornering more stable at lower pressures. Hope this helps.
