Against rules, but I don't object given ebay fees.

For all we know it may be genuine; however I can think of a number of things that (whilst individually you might be ok with) collectively would make me run a mile:

New ebay account
Inability to spell component names
mis matched brakes
unlikely forks for frame
badly fitted components (missing/rounded bolts on a stem)
quick sale / out of ebay contact details

I suspect the 'is this anyone's' could be partially answered yes by a couple of different people ...
