[Closed] Anyone using Scott MTB Heater Boots ?
Looking for some new waterproof and warm winter boots WITHOUT a BOA and good souls for hike a bike. These Scott shoes seem to fit the bill but interested to know how waterproof and warm from other users and an idea on size for a usual size 8 or 8.5 shoe. I do get cold feet so they need to be warm warm.
Cheers
I like mine. They are warm enough with regular socks down to low si gle figures temp and I add Sealskinz below that. Sizing is good as Scott shoes tend to be wider than most around the ball of the foot and toes. I didn't size up for Heaters.
As above, I really like mine. Warm, never got wet feet, are warm in the current weather with normal socks. Best of all mine were £65 (12 months ago).
I have an older version, but they've been excellent, those new versions look even better.
I too have the older, grey and orange ones with the big Velcro strap across the front. They're brilliant. Warm, comfortable and reasonably resistant to rain.
