I have. I only bought one thing, and sent it back, as it wasn't what I wanted. But (one of) the guy(s) rang me while he was at the mega to say he would sort out the refund when he got back, and he did.
Yep, I've had good service, from their ebay shop and the main website. Got some rotors and grips cheap.
Quick delivery for the little bit's I've bought.
-grips are the same as superstars and pretty much everything that's not odi or cane creek ones, ie fine.
-they don't sell brake pads any more which if mine are anything to go by is just as well!
I'd definitely use them again.

Yes, & they were spot on. The chap even emailed & offered me a hefty discount after I bigged them upon here. It was a while before I used the discount, but he had no problem when I did order some more stuff. The brake rotors are excellent.
have bought rotors from their site. bargainous and good - still working well 3 years on.
