Is it any good for us mere mortals, too late to buy some today. But I'm going to have a bad night with aching/restless legs.

I had a free sample a few years ago. Remember it not mixing well and tasted fowl. Don't know if they have improved on it. Sorry not much help.

Use it when ever i had a busy day/ heavy riding and it does stop the leg twitches aches etc
