[Closed] Anyone use Massif Bikes in Great Cambourne?

Are they OK?

I ordered something from their website last week and thought I'd phone them to ask when I would receive it. They said they don't ship until payment for the order was in their bank and it would probably take them a couple of days to post it after that.
I paid by debit card - I've never come across a retailer who won't ship the goods until the card handler transfers the funds before (which can take 3-5 days).

Just seemed a bit strange. Perhaps they are new to mail order and overly cautious.
