Yup, bought a black X4 Thomson stem. Came from Netherlands though so took a few days but £15 cheaper then over here.
Think they are based there.

Yes, took my money and failed to deliver. Gave refund when pressed on (not) instock delivery dates. Had to pay significantly more from CTC IIRC.

Not particularly upfront about the fact that they're not in the UK, which makes returns more expensive. Other than that, service was pretty good and would happily use them again for stuff that doesn't need trying on.
