That's it really. Was thinking of going out there and taking the bike but can't find much info on trails etc, so wondering if anyone had been?

Been thru it, I know some trails start from Cuenca itself. My Spanish bike guide recommends the area Serrania de Cuenca, nearest place is Las Majadas, the pics look nice. Big, deep ravines.
