Afternoon all, I've noticed this bridleway (from the Mermaid pub to Upper Hulme) on the map a few times but it's a bit of a trek out for me. Is it worth adding some* road miles onto a ride to try it out?

*Some could mean an extra 20 so it'd need to be good.

http://www.multimap.com/maps/?qs=upper+hulme&countryCode=GB#map=53.1442,-1.98183|14|4&dp=os&bd=useful_information&loc=GB:53.14424:-1.98187:14|upper hulme|Upper Hulme, Leek, Staffordshire, England, ST13 8

Cheers all.

EDIT - you'll need to click onto the OS map to see it. Thanks.

Has anyone ever been there? Even if you've just walked it, what's the surface like?
