Afternoon all, I've noticed this bridleway (from the Mermaid pub to Upper Hulme) on the map a few times but it's a bit of a trek out for me. Is it worth adding some* road miles onto a ride to try it out?
*Some could mean an extra 20 so it'd need to be good.

Cheers all.
EDIT - you'll need to click onto the OS map to see it. Thanks.
surely west Derbyshire, east Staffordshire ?
As Staffordshire is to the west of Derbyshire.
Thanks dude. Head's on back to front today.
Has anyone ever been there? Even if you've just walked it, what's the surface like?
Ive not rode it but I have a guidebook which has a route with this bridleway in, i'll dig it out later and let you know.
Cheers. You're not the John Rowlands who is/was a Ranger based at Etherow are you?
