i'm unsured about a 56cm of a 58cm if you ride the latter how tall are you? and do you have pictures?
i know some say you should ride a slightly smaller frame than you'd normally do on the road, well i have a 56cm roadbike which ers n the side of too samll, hence the dilema

hi rocketdog,
I've got a 58cm X.
I'm 6ft, with a 33" inside leg.
The 58 X suits me as I can run a shorter stem than the 56 would necessitate and I can have the bars higher.
This helps the handling for trail work and long touring IMO.
