Moved to a house nearby, is it worth riding or is it all gravel paths and labradors?

walk the dogs round it loads, never ridden there but singletrack is everywhere but flattish

I used to ride my bike, horse and motorbike there, many yrs ago. Not all at the same time. Lived in Takeley, used the old railway line to get there. Happy Days.

We should dig it up and move it. I propose we put it on top of Wellwyn Garden City - no one will mind.
