Hi,
I've just returned mine to CRC for a warranty issue, any idea how long it takes to turnaround? Their email says 2-3 weeks at best.

Mine's just gone off to Merlin, they all go to Sram anyway. Last time I sent it off I had a new reverb through my door just over a week later.
Took CRC/Shimano over a month to replace my XT brakes though

Just received mine back from CRC , they had emailed and said 2 -3 weeks turnaround but only took 1 week .
Oh they sent a spanking new one too.

Think it's a worst case scenario. Returned a fork and they said it could be 2-3 weeks. It was sorted within a week.

Mine went back on Tuesday, hoping for a shiny new one next week on reading this 😀
