Has anyone received an order from Light Bicycle recently? My rims supposedly shipped 5-6 weeks ago now but still no sign of them, and every time I ask I get told they are in customs and should be shipped by Royal Mail in the next few days but they've been saying that for weeks now.
If I couldn't find years of people buying them online I think alarm bells would be ringing.
Anyone else had any luck?
I ordered one at the end of August and received it... uh, couple of weeks ago? All very smooth tbh
Ordered two rims late July, they turned up late August all fine.
Did you go with the prepaid postage option?
Mine was standard postage and sailed through customs too in that time.

So nearly 3 months after my original order they emailed me this morning saying the rims are likely lost.
No mention of refund but they have offered to either send them again from stock but without drain holes or make another set... Not sure what to do, don't quite feel like waiting another 3 months.
