Does anyone know if you can buy the arrowed shifter paddle?

After an off today I lost mine 🙁
I've phoned a few places but it appears you can't buy them!
My options are to buy a new x01 shifter for £80 or do you think / know if the saker patprt from a cheaper SRAM x7 will fit?
