Hey
For a while I have been wondering what is written on the side of Shimano MP66 Spd shoes? I assume, perhaps wrongly, it's japanese?
See here for example? (not my ad though!)
Any guesses?
Gimp shoes?
So much better in black.
The kanji are the symbols for the numbers 6-10-6, but they probably mean something different put together. Maybe. Japanese is hard.
Dont think my black ones have it on.
"man who go to bed with itchy bum, wake up with brown finger"
๐
Should have gone to specsavers ๐
I do own a pair, highly rate them apart from the looks - the wife gives a dissapproving shake of the head when she see's me in them!
They seem to have stopped the black ones ๐
They look less orthopaedic than 5.10s though...
no idea but i'd guess 'Left' and 'Right' ....

So it probably just says "66" then?
Yup Its "66". I asked a japanese reading ex of mine.
Oh yeah, duh ๐ณ

And she's right to! They're gopping!
I have these in black for my commute on flats'
(using Spds more than ever)
Can we still get them in black?
66? Makes sense. Thanks
