Hiya.

Bro in law currently looking at AWOL's and Sequoias, amongst others.

Did you weigh your stock Sequoia?
If so, how much did it come in at?

Specialized have recently removed bike weights from their website.
I notice prices have gone up too, £100 on the base model AWOL, for example.
😐
Told him he should have got one before Christmas.

Ta in advance.

Got mine a week ago (just before the price hike 😀 ) It's brill.

It's the elite model but I swapped the standard seatpost for a cobble gobbler, and it weighs 27-28lbs (can't remember the exact figure) with xt pedals, but no cages/accessories.

Cheers for the replies.

Not as tall as you Tony.
🙂
Guess he'd be on a medium.

He might not bother at all yet, but we're working on him.

I'm on a 56cm, and 6ft and a half. Feels compact, but not too small if that makes sense. I ride 58 in proper road bikes.

I can weigh mine when I get home if you like but if I recall correctly last time I weighed it, I was rather surprised how light it was. It's a great bike too. I really like mine.

Cheers PP, I'll have a nosey through your posts, bound to be there somewhere.

We're just showing him some available options at the mo, see what catches his fancy.

Not sure but I don't think I've ever posted the weight of it... 🙂
