I have a Titus FTM carbon & love it! Its an extremely capable & light XC bike.

I have been collecting the bits in the January sale for a 29er & have been waiting to get the Planet-X (On-One) Dirty Harry carbon hardtail -19" carbon frame - which is out of stock at present.

I could be tempted - but cant really push my budget from £499 to £999!

Has anyone ordered one OR already got one?

Hi fluxhutchinson
Your right - they do have the grey / black one in my size but I thought the carbon might look a bit more 'stealth'. I was hoping to see one at the boke show, in London, on Saturday - BUT On-One don't do bike shows...

Yeah i had the matt one but i had to return it due to the headset cup coming loose (an early production issue, bwhich is now fixed) I replaced it with grey and black same size as you btw I find a laqueree frame easier to clean for some reason but i did like running mine stealth and I was td the matt frames would be 6-8 weeks that was last friday.

Hi Flux...

How is the sizing for you? I'm 6ft with a 32" inseam & the 19" looks about right & I know its a long frame & I like that. How is yours sized?

Are you what is known in the industry as "an early adopter"? Willing to buy products before the rest - leading the trends not following.

Im 6ft 33 inside leg and I have found the bike to fit well but I am only running a 70mm stem, Just looking at some carbon rigid forks to go on it to see how they cope over the reba. let me know what you go for in the end.

I had one of the Alu/Carbon Rockstars when they were at £750, now according to th OO website the Carbon one is 6 lbs and the normal one 6.1 lbs so that's £250 for 0.1 lb. I know which one i'd buy again

Me too. However On-One have now dealt with this potential marketing issue as they try and punt the carbon version: they have added 0.6lb to the quoted weight of the alloy version and it apparently now weighs 6.7lb!
