Damn this hot weather! That was quite sweaty. Would have loved to have gotten out for a ride but childcare prevents.

I know what you mean! I have had my Boy today and am going to start having him more often at weekends as other half now back to work, then on top of that the other weekends she is off then i have to work! Guess thats just how it is or i find another job that don't involve weekends! So more indoor training for me!
