Order made monday last week. Card has been billed but nothing from them. Not even an order confirmation. Covid I guess?

If I remember right ordered on the Friday got it Thursday, so perhaps you will have it tomorrow. It's just a remote fulfillment warehouse so they will be up and down. Site says 3-5 days to leave them. 👍

Just got some bars, ordered May 5th and despatched 9th. Got order confirmation and despatch emails so something might have gone wrong with your order

Ordered, gave them a week, followed up, got a reply/ sorry & was despatched the next day. 'Tis busy times!

Yes, ordered some carbon bars, turned up within the week. As an aside, they’re very good and deff take out some of the trail buzz and stop my hands hurting
