The seller is a company gives a name address and telephone number, so I'd imagine it's legit or at least the seller believes it to be :/

Most likely a guy who has come about having the frame.

My mate deals with house clearance bulk buys and often ends up with legit stuff he knows nothing about.

Looks like a home clearance seller.

Looks reasonably legit: business account, seller accepts returns etc.

Will probably end up being a bargain. Size XL though by the looks of it although that rather crucial piece of information seems to be missing
