I'm trying to find the axle diameter of race face X Type cranks.
I want to replace the standard bearings and plastic washers with bearings that will fit straight onto the axle, i.e. get rid of the pointless and very fragile plastic washers. Hopefully this will make it easier to service the bearings regularly and make the damn things last a bit longer!
The bearings will still be the same outside diam and thickness, just have a slightly smaller inside diameter right?
