Just found a nice road bike on offer on their website, emailed an enquiry without response so phoned and no response either (I note their website says they are closed on Tuesdays but that is only until March). Are they still trading? Are they reputable? Should I persevere?
Yes, they are reputable. They have a large store, which has been there for probably 10 years now, before that their previous store was near the city centre for over 15 years.
So do you know if they are open today?
They are great, I used to work there. Try giving them a ring tomorrow.
Still radio silence - can't get the number listed on their website to even get a ring tone, just total silence. Now tried contacting via Facebook and nothing...
Whoo - finally got through and my new summer road bike is still available to buy 🙂
