[#10686555]

Got myself an old disk wheel, circa 94 on a tt bike I bought. I hadn't realised how old it was or I would have left well alone.

Anyhow it had a bit of a wobble, which was sorted by new bearings but the freehub also makes a horrific knocking noise when it engages. Almost like a wooden sound.

I have the freehub off but no idea how to dismantle it to give it a clean and see if bearing is needing replaced.

Reluctant to bin the wheel as I don't have another, and other than the freehub it's actually in ok Nick. Any ideas?

I don't have an image hosting site to load up a pic on here unfortunately

Ironically i bought the wheel from tt forum so may try there. Fear it may be a one piece unit.

It's also horribly rumbly in one or 2 sprockets with a bit of play..other than that it's not a bad wheel though!!
