I can offer you a slightly alternative option to a standard physio if your interested.

Her name is Jacqueline, on +44 7868 890 388 and is lovely and amazing at what she does. She does a bit of all sorts, and I've never felt like she is out of her depth on whatever problem I've had. Last time I needed her was a few years back and she was working at the back of the Ram in Widcombe. Personally I can't recommend her highly enough, though I think its often a very personal thing.

Just one word of warning, she can get a little hippy. Not in a scary way, and most of what she does is bang on conventional. Only fair to warn you.

I would also have no hesitation in recommending Mat at Equipoise (01225 445027), though he's not really a physio, more a personal trainer / coach, and would help you come up with a plan for making sure it doesn't happen again once you've had it fixed.

Feel free to ask if you have questions.

Royce has his followers, but can also recommend Barry Edwards at BathUni.
