nice thought but don't bother - this is a nasty cheap gas pipe framed bike... not worth £20 with bent forks. Peugeot did make nice road bikes back then - I used to ride with someone who had a Reynolds 753 Perthus Pro - but this isn't one of them.

knew someone would be along that knew ! i have no clue about road bikes as i was on a bmx .. but you never know !!

Reynolds 501 I think, so better than "carbolite" which is peugeots basic steel tubes. I'd have it if I were closer, as I love old/tatty bikes but its not much better than my 553 peugeot!

Would make a nice fixie, and better yet, buy it for £20, rattle can it black, take gears/brakes/braze-ons off and sell it as a fixie for £150.

I have more than enough bike related tat in my garage as it is thank you very much without giving me other ideas !!

My best mates first MTB was a Peugeot , still has it !
