So I'm heading up to Drumnadrochit over Easter.
Hoping to do some riding in Glen Affric and other places nearby.
Anyone know what the conditions are like? I had heard the NW hasn't caught as much snow as the Cairngorms and the east of Scotland
I am in Kinlochleven, there's a covering of snow here but it's not deep unless you go high on the hills, very cold trails are frozen solid also we have had a long dry spell
I'm up in Fort William, unsurprisingly not much different to Kinlochleven.
Hills are covered but there is no snow in more low lying areas. There is a light covering at the top Gondola station at Aonach Mor but no more. Trails in a similar frozen state.
Thanks guys.
The low level trail around Loch Affric should be fine then.
I'm in Inverness and we have had very little snow. The tops are covered in snow but at low level there is little or nothing.
