hi ive just tried to update my memory map and my norton 360 keeps saying im trying to upload an older version of the norton 360 than the one i have. which is odd as im just clicking on the update software link in memory map
help please

norton want to remote access my computer now ;-( is that right im all confused not sure i want a lurker
good old norton called me back after an online help session as i didnt want them to take control of my laptop (it seemed a bit wrong lol) but they found the problem wasnt with them but firefox. i opened up the download in explorer and it worked a treat 😉 something to do with a garmin plugin and firefox by all accounts . dunno but it worked
