This is my mech hanger:

Seems to happen every 6-8 rides after NO IMPACT. Just look at how thin the metal is on the hole that has fractured!! Anyone else have any issues?

Well, I haven't been sleeping well lately, and I don't know what to have for tea.

It'll just reinforce the hanger a bit.

Could be worth looking around online to see if you find a 3rd party hanger that's stronger?

Might help it stop bending outwards.

Other than that...try different mechs, check gear set-up, buy new frame.

TBF that's a crap design, stupid to have so much metal then drill a hole so close to the side. Is it twisting at all, or just compressing/stretching?

If you know a tolerant welder, might be worth filling in that hole entirely- the front 2 bolts should hold it and that'd remove the weak spot.

Try a replacement hanger from BETD, they will be manufactured to a higher standard than your original.

Ask nicely for one without the offending hole when you call BETD.
