Isn't it about time ebay insisted on frame numbers in the cycle auctions?
Is there some sort of national register for bikes so you can match up stolen bikes with owners or find out if one is stolen, or about time one was started?
i like the sellers name vicnix, as in i am vic and i steal things
unfortunatly a national register would cost money and people dont like spending money so its never really going to happen
