Why are you having to deal with silverfish? another retailer dodging their responsibility?

No, just spoken to retailer and they were very helpful.
Got bike from retailer via old importer. Broke it on Sat, a different dealer were at the the event and advised me to contact Silverfish, just done that (by phone) and they sent me back to the original retailer. They (retailer) seem quite helpful.
