You can use a standard football pump style adapter. It might take a couple attempts and 3 hands to ensure it doesn't leak air but it will work.

also will the football pump adaptor fit on the end of a standard shock pump?

Yes and it worked fine for my 36's. You need to hold the adapter down firmly and make sure it's central to stop any leaks when pumping. The IPF has a valve so you don't need to worry too much about having the correct adapter.

solamanda - it dosen't fit! how the hell am i supposed to connect it to the shock pump??
