I currently have a 5carbon and was wondering the same. If they did the same set up in 29, it would be a no brainer
Close - I went from a 575 to a Whyte T129S.
The Whyte is, I think, a better ride. It is faster, more stable and planted and just plain more fun. This came as something of a surprise!
My 575 was a first gen one, if that makes any difference.
ermm had a first gen 575 as well. I think the ASR 5 is a bit faster, more planted, stable and more fun............ so that's a bit inconclusive!!
Lol - well if you happen to be in the South Lakes you can always have a go on mine... so long as Large is the right size for you!
