not my standards, the internet is hopelessly unforgiving on addresses of things...

i cut and paste the address so should be right. Maybe they are flush so dont need my money 🙂

TBH unless they state a turnaround time on email I'd consider it good if they actually got back to you. This is based on my experience of other companies, not on my dealings of STW. Email always takes 3rd place after the phone / other things
