I like them, but two is enough for a race.

Even discounting the caffeine i think 200 gels may have some other unfortunate side effects ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

I wouldn't make much of a drug addict. These things just don't seem to affect me. Once at uni when a house party clashed with the date of one of my final exams being the night before. I hatched a plan to hit the party hard, leave about 2 in the morning, gobble up half a packet of Pro Plus and cram some revision in for a few hours before the actual exam. The problem was I fell asleep after eating the Pro Plus and was lucky to wake just in time to get out and to my exam in time. I've used these caffeine gels before and i don't seem to be able to detect anything. My brother on the other hand will become wired after one cup of coffee or a couple of drags off a cigarette.

the only affect an espresso has on me is to move the contents of my bowel. I literally have to be within 30 seconds clenched-buttock walk of a toilet if I drink an espresso. The best laxative know to man.

Got a free sample of the SIS Isotonic ones - like drinking wallpaper paste with a nasty after taste of too much sweetner.

Dread to think how bad coffee flavour would be ๐Ÿ™
