The closest bit of woodland to me is Coed Coesau Whips known as 'the Whips' apparently. Yesterday I went exploring and found a few more trails that have a bit of promise but are quite overgrown. Then there are a few spots that collect water and mud and really need a ditch digging to let the water out.
I was thinking of heading out there on foot with some hand tools for a bit of gardening. Mostly just brambles and stray tree branches. Anyone fancy it?

I'm probably free next Thursday, been meaning to get back and do a bit more clearing behind the Maen Llwyd too.

Thanks folks - I'll see what time I can be free. Might have to be an afternoon thing, I could finish work at 3.
