[Closed] Anyone else have problems using SRAM chainsets on pressfit bb?

I've got a SRAM Apex chainet, running on its specific press-fit bb. First ride out and its creaking and groaning like nothing else.

Previously had the chainset on a normal threaded bb with no issues.

I remember having problems with creaking on the similar Truvativ Elita a few years ago.

I've got one of those wave washers fitted but if its tight enough to stop wobbling then it doesn't spin very freely.

Are cranks that don't have separate pinch bolts and tension adjustment (like Shimano which do) known to be more finicky to set up?
