Looking at getting some carbon wheels from www.carbonda.com. I'm pretty sure I've seen comments on here of people that have bought frames from them in the last.
Question - I've got pricing from them, but they want paypal payment to a rather odd address - @163.com. Looks a bit odd to me - could anyone advise if they have bought from there and had a similar payment setup?

163.com is one of the biggest email providers in China - think Hotmail / gmail equivalent.
Finally a thread I can contribute to!
I paid paypal through 163.com, thought it was odd at the time but the frame arrived eventually.
Following the thread about customs duty the other day, is all carbon stuff affected by the increased duties on Chinese imports due to anti dumping regs?
