Flying with BMI Baby! in June to Malaga, already booked 2 bikes on as sports equipment but looking at taking the Burley Solo trailer but hoping to get it on for free as we are not taking a pushchair. It will be collapsed and flatpacks quite well.

Yes - Chariot Cougar 1 as a pushchair Bristol to Innsbruck (we also have a ski kit to tow it when XC skiing!) Don't try and book it on as luggage - use it as a pushchair at the airport and give to the groundcrew at the aircraft steps in the same way you would a pushchair (ready folded of course - it helps to practice the folding so you can do this quickly). Shouldn't be a problem - as grizzpup says it is a pushchair.

Don't see why not - have you got the attachments to make it a buggy? front wheel and handle?

I know someone in a local bike club who never pays for this bike to go with him on his flights as he gets it covered and calims it is a wheelchair...on it goes no questions asked...

The Burley can be turned into a pushchair so it's not a lie...
